You had the vision, secured the supplies, planted, then harvested. Now let’s share some great recipes about how to enjoy!
Herb Infused Olive Oil
Items needed
- colander
- fresh herbs
- clean glass bottle
- cutting board
- sharp knife
- olive oil
- salt

First, chop up all of the herbs you’d like to add. I usually rinse them in a colander first. Since they are fresh, you never know what might have visited them before your chopping knife.
Then I use the base of a wooden spoon to push them into an old clean, wine or other type of glass bottle.

If you are pretty good with pouring a large bottle of olive oil into a small container opening, free -hand, then go for it. If not, a funnel will help prevent spill over. You can add custom labels or just a pretty bow. These make great hostess or holiday gifts with a personal touch. You could even throw in a fresh loaf of bread for dipping in a fancy basket
